Teletherapy solves all these hassles. You can connect from the comfort of your home or your office during your lunch break.
But does it feel different or get the same results?
I think most people have these same questions until they try teletherapy. I certainly have benefited tremendously from meeting with my therapist and other professionals across the globe. You could see me, hear me, and connect with me as if you were in my office. You can have your pet around and dress as comfortably as you wish.
The reality is that if the therapies used are powerful and effective, they will grant the same amazing results via a webcam.

It is an awkward situation when you run into someone you know at your therapist’s office or waiting room. You eliminate all these events with the use of teletherapy mental health services. The platform that we will use is HIPPA compliant and very user-friendly.
Sessions are scheduled just like in-person sessions. You will receive an email with a link to our online session. You don’t even need to download any special software. All you need is a good Wi-Fi connection and a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer.
