Why can’t I stick to a plan?
As life goes on, you realize there are some areas in your life where you feel you need some more movement and progress. Physically, you know you need to lose that extra weight, start exercising, and eating right – but you don’t seem to stick with your resolution.
In your career, you know it is essential to grow those soft skills and increase your confidence and communication skills. You procrastinate and are not fully growing in your current role. You are missing the drive.
In your personal life, your days and weeks have become too busy. You are dissatisfied with the distance you feel from your spouse and kids. You feel more disconnected, and life has become unattractive and dull.
In your spiritual life, something is missing. You no longer feel that peace and connection you once experienced. Some recent events happening in your life have made you question your beliefs and left you at a loss.
Financially, you would like to have more money; you hardly know where all the money is going. You work hard and harder, yet it is impossible to afford what you desire in life. You are stuck with fear about not making it at the end.

It all starts in your mind. All negative, entitled, victimized, and perfectionistic attitudes and mindset are massive contributors to where you are right now.
In your life, physically, financially, spiritually, in your health and relationships, you are, exactly, where you want to be. Because you sabotage yourself, and you do not see things correctly. You do not see yourself worthy, or capable, or good enough.
When you change your mindset and start embracing your life with the clear lenses of appreciation, confidence, and positivity, you will find the breakthroughs you are so longing to see in your life.
A beautiful and healthy mindset will create the amazing possibilities you have dreamed of all your life.
Just think positively. Really?
Don’t get me wrong. Even though I am a firm advocate of positive affirmations, I know just a few positive affirmations per day are not all there is to it.
Our brains need rewiring, reprocessing, and resetting if you want your life to change. A mindset shift is a necessity.
Once this shift occurs, the positive affirmations will make those new positive and healthy beliefs and thoughts stronger and more profound. This shift in mindset is when your dreams become a reality, and you become unstoppable. This new mindset causes you to realize there is nothing in this world you cannot accomplish if you set your mind to it.
Again, the mind is where it all starts. Take care of your mind, and the rest will follow.

I utilize a brain-based modality called Brainspotting (BSP) to clear all mental blocks first. Brainspotting is a highly effective, brain-based, and client-centered approach. The method used in Brainspotting is organic, natural, and straightforward. It mimics the way your brain and body usually process and resolve negative experiences.
During the actual processing of a specific issue, you don’t have to share your particular topic or event or any details.
By addressing any negative experiences that created mental roadblocks in your mindset, you will experience the internal brain shift you need to move on with your goals and become happier, healthier, and more connected in life. Positive psychology, at its best, will then become extremely effective.
In our sessions, as your coach and accountability partner, I will also integrate imagery and motivational visioning techniques – such as guided imagery, goal visualization, and guided meditations. These are often positive and compelling ways of clarifying intention and promoting goal-directed behavior.
Equally, we will cover Mindfulness exercises and gratitude exercises, and activities. The result is a happier, healthier, more meaningful, and peaceful life.
